 10 Week (once per week) Youth Goal Keeper Development Training includes:
Coordination Training: Ball Handling, Control and Stance
Technique Training: Positional Awareness, High Balls, 1 vs 1
Tactical Training: Communication, Organisation and Distribution
Conditioning training: Agility, Power and Endurance
Venue: Mingara Athletics Centre, Mingara Complex Tumbi Umbi
Times: 6-7 and 8-9 yrs old, 5.00pm to 6.00pm
10-12 and 13-15 yrs old, 6.15pm - 7.30pm
All Academy Members get Training Shirt, Shorts and Socks from Umbro. In the event of bad weather, indoor sessions will be organised.
Coaching Staff: Head Coach - Mat Whitelaw (1st Grade Goal Keeper)
Total Price (paid before first session): $220, $200 for previous Academy members.
